Solteris, the throne of Ro !!!

Well it all started way back and the end of last year as were progressing into Frostcrypt that we decided to officially start flagging for the end zone of The Buried Sea.  I mean after all how could one resist the opportunity to once again face our old nemesis Mayong Mistmoore.  Throw Sol Ro into the mix and you give me goosebumps just thinking about it.  Mid February with most of us flagged we decided to step into the zone for the first time. 

So we all donned  our Combine Signet Rings and ported in.  And WOW.  The art in the zone is absolutely amazaing.  SoE actually spent some time on this end zone instead of it being a cookie cutter zone like so many that we've seen recently.

Well on to our first event.  Lo and behold who do we run into?  Yes, its our old friends from the past.  The ladies we all loved and cherished from our days in Demi.  Yes, the 3 sisters who all have one thing in common.  They long for the affections of Mistmoore and will do anything they can, especially screw each other, to that one end.

Of course as we were learning the event, we failed the first couple of times, and they sure did let us know.

But eventually we worked it out, and once again they turned on each other.

After they fought amongst each other, one was left and we dispatched her pretty easily.  All in all a dps intensive fight and an indicator of things to come.

Merry Christmas !!!

Yes, yes I know its a little bit past Christmas, well kinda.  The Orthodox Christians actually just celebrated it last week.  I guess it just feels like Christmas with all that has been going on the last couple of weeks.

It all started in the weeks leading up the holidays.  With Ashengate on Farm and the multitude of bugs with Lethar 2.0 we decided to continue our rampage through Frostcrypt.  This all started with the 24 man spider raid Kangur which Stillgar and Kannuan never got tired of leading.  Then we went on to Udengar the traitor.  This was a neat encounter that took us a couple runs to master, but master we did in no time using up a bunch of our letters that we got from Kangur.  But fear thee not, we always had Stillgar and Kanuuan ready to go to do Kangur over and over again.

Once this was done we went onto the King Odeen instance.  This is a long fight with multiple encounters, a bunch of them timed and the coward King Odeen running away in each one.  But finally we cornered him on the Valdeholm bridge before he finally left forever.

This opened up Frostcrypt for us, where we in no time rumbled through Frostcrypt 1 and 2.

Having taken down Fridleif, this left us only one encounter before moving on to Beltron.  Harfange the Black tried his best to stop us but he was no match and we took him down on our first attempt.  He gave us a gift though:

And use it we did.

Finally, after all the hard work and beat downs in FC, we crawled thru a maze and come some ice golems, once we laid the beat down on them and their offspring, the head honcho himself spawned and eventually Stillgar went to talk to him and he charged us.

Once he got to the raid, he cast some buff spells on himself and got a new set of armor.  He also said something about us all being naughty this past year and that we weren't going to get any loots, and further more he and his minions were going to destroy us.

This of course would not do, and we had to lay a beat down on Sa...  Beltran.

Now we had a dilemma, what the heck do we do with this huge red costume of his, good thing we have tradeskillers in the guild, especially tailors, who used their magical skills to make some holiday outfits for the ladies.

Since we didn't get any loot from mean ole Beltran, the ladies chipped in and bought gifts for everyone.  Some of those of note were :

Not sure if Angor was really really good, or really really bad but he got both of these, grats!

Also want to take the time to remember some of those folks who have moved on from Pak onto other things including this alternate universe called "Real life." We miss you Gromlok 1, Andaria, Gromlok 2, SR, DarkFist, Fenean, Frashii, Mix, Kiarra, Malodious, Caquaa (as hard as it may be to believe), Nalance, Mordaki, Niimble, Anicra, Benton, Legdaen, Failea, Kreban, Rhudasia, Beracah, Trahn. I'm sure I've missed some folks, but this was just of the top of head.

Also, we want to welcome back Lzert and Zertette back into the fold.

Well TSS is just about complete now, and actually would be complete if not for SoE bugs and such, but you can just hear Lethar taunting us and wondering when we going to pay him a visit.
